We're back to the Levittown cocktail party circuit, where Leroy bemuses his interlocutor with another of his famous quips about marriage. Loretta, comfortably seated on a sofa with an acquaintance, pretends not to notice. The tension is palpable.
Wings: I recall a recent cartoon where somebody did die, and the Lockhorns were in the cemetery. Leroy delivered a short eulogy that made allusion to the economy.
"Mr. Beautiful" is a pseudonym unintentionally conferred upon me by Rudy Cheeks, back in the 1980s when he hosted his radio talk show on WHJJ-AM in Providence.
