Leroy, during one of his frequent visits to his personal physician, wonders, "Why should Loretta have all the fun?," and decides to engage in a little word play himself. Unfortunately, his weak demonstration of the homonymy of "beef" fails to impress Dr. H. Blog M.D.

Leroy's doc isn't looking at him. He is looking off at some wall we cannot see. On that wall is a picture of his beach house. The thought of going there, soon, is all that keeps him from injecting himself with something fatal.
Wings: Good observation. The doc's gone beyond his limits of endurance. He cannot even muster his usual sardonic demeanor with Leroy at this point.
